The Revenue Watch Institute and the Oil for Development Program of the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation have announced two fellowships for civil society leaders and activists promoting the better management of oil, gas and minerals for the public good: the Capacity Advancement Fellowship in Extractives and the RWI Petrad Fellowship.

The deadline for applications for both fellowships is 19 March 2010.
