The PWYP international secretariat is based at the Open Society Foundation in London, UK, and consists of the International Coordinator, the Programme Officer and the Information and Advocacy Officer. In addition, a regional Africa Coordinator is based at the Catholic Relief Services country office in Yaounde, Cameroon.

Each PWYP national coalition has a coordinator or focal point based in country. These posts can be part or full-time positions, funded by members of the respective national coalition as well as other partners and appointed according to each national coalition’s own independent governance procedures.
