geo_mashup_map

PWYP Nigeria was launched in 2004 and has supported the effective implementation of EITI, which in Nigeria has included the adoption of an EITI Act.

PWYP builds the capacity of civil society actors in understanding the EITI process and disseminating the findings from the reports. The coalition also supports public debates on the reforms of the extractive sector and other governance reforms in the country. PWYP Nigeria is also engaged in the dissemination of EITI reports in the pilot states and local communities.
