The coalition in Norway was founded in 2006. PWYP Norway has focused it work on mandatory disclosure rules and the introduction of country-by-country reporting at the national level and in conjunction with other European members. The coalition has also developed several reports on financial and tax transparency, and supports EITI in Norway.

PWYP Norway also engages in capacity building for example developing, designing, implementing and overseeing TRACE, a capacity strengthening programme for NGOs, media and workers’ unions in resource rich countries in Africa and Latin-America.
