Publish What You Pay Norway in close cooperation with Norwegian Church Aid as an administrator and Petrad as an implementer is organizing a capacity building program for civil society actors focusing on the value chain of the petroleum industry. It aims to equip civil society with the knowledge to ask the right questions, at the right time, to the right actors, and choosing the right form of advocacy.
